Lioneil Guevarra
Lioneil Guevarra is a healthcare professional and a passionate real estate investor. His current real estate investments include corporate housing for travel nurses and student housing for post graduate education.
For the last 15 years, he has worked in healthcare, specializing in pediatric pharmacy in the San Francisco bay area. He has overseen the hiring, training, and development of staff in high intensity, low margin of error environments.
Lioneil holds a master's degree in organizational leadership and possesses direct experience in creating operational systems, identifying talent, and maintaining fiscal responsibility using the lean process.
His philanthropy includes donating resources and time to foundations dedicated to the education of children, leprosy, and suicide prevention.
When Lioneil in not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, working out, and riding motorcycles.
Barton Louie
Barton has been investing since 2018 in Long term, Mid term, Short term rentals via Single family, Corporate housing, travel nurses, vacation rentals, apartments, syndications.
He has been studying and learning about real estate investing sine 2006. His areas of expertise include underwriting, creative deals, due diligence, real estate acquisitions, asset management, asset reposition, and disposition.
Prior to real estate, Barton has spent the last 10 years as a Healthcare provider at Kaiser Permanente and home health services.
Over the last 3 years he has worked diligently on growing his real estate portfolio to 130+ Multifamily TX, CA and FL through partnerships and syndications.
